  1. Er someone has somehow forward a tweet about old English words to me yesterday…. Yes I am intrigued…..have glanced at your blurb but don’t fully understand it….. Are your words for the day ‘made up words’? ( on a computer or what?) Yea I am thick……… But don’t get me going on the old sea going term ‘tripy’

  2. Thank you for your reply……. An old sailor in Liverpool told me that a nice little ‘tripy’ was a coastal trip in an ocean going ship….

    Do you happen to know if there is any connection with this word with any old english words..? Thank you
